Mobile Terms of Service

The Nocro Men's Products mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Nocro Men's Products (“Nocro Men's Products”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Nocro Men's Products’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Nocro Men's Products through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Nocro Men's Products. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18334701196 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Nocro Men's Products mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site and purchase products. Products are currently offered for sale to customers in the United States only.

Products and Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products and prices accurately. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or to refuse or cancel any order.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. Your order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline.

Subscriptions (Subscribe and Save)

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on file on a recurring basis at the frequency you select, at the then-current subscription price, until you cancel. We will send confirmation of your subscription. You may cancel, skip, pause, or change your subscription at any time before the next billing date through your account or by emailing admin@nocromen.com. There are no cancellation fees. If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you in advance.

Cosmetic Product Disclaimer

NOCRO is a cosmetic product intended to affect the appearance of the skin. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, review the ingredients and consider a patch test before use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the NOCRO name and branding, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, and our total liability arising from your use of the Site or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
